Ashley Lynn Esthetics
At Ashley Lynn Esthetics, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with a personalized and results-driven skincare experience. In order to maintain a smooth schedule and accommodate all clients seeking treatment, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
We respectfully require 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment (no-show) will be charged 90% of the scheduled service and may be restricted from future booking until the balance is paid.
These policies are in place because last-minute cancellations make it difficult to accommodate other clients waiting for appointments.
All cancellation, no-show, and deposit charges are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Late Arrival Policy
To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, we ask that clients arrive on time for their appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time in order to avoid delaying the next scheduled client. If you arrive more than 8 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time services are rendered.
Ashley Lynn Esthetics currently accepts the following forms of payment for services:
• Cash
• Venmo
Any failed or declined payments, including cancellation or no-show fees, may result in a late payment fee of 1% per day, in addition to any applicable processing or bank charges.
Accounts that remain unpaid may be subject to further collection action if not resolved in a timely manner.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable.
By signing the consultation and consent forms prior to treatment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy. Due to the professional time reserved, expertise provided, and materials used during treatment, refunds cannot be issued once a service has been performed.
Results may vary from person to person, and no specific treatment outcomes can be guaranteed.
Retail Product Policy
All retail product purchases are final sale.
For sanitation and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged. Individual skin sensitivities or allergic reactions are beyond our control, and refunds cannot be issued once products have been purchased.
Clients are encouraged to discuss any known allergies or sensitivities prior to purchasing skincare products.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates purchased through Ashley Lynn Esthetics may be redeemed only for in-studio services or retail products and cannot be applied toward online purchases.
Donation & Promotional Gift Certificates
Gift certificates obtained through raffles, giveaways, or charitable donations include a specific expiration date and will not be extended for any reason.
Per New York State regulations, these certificates do not hold monetary value, as no payment was exchanged for them.
Loyalty Card Program
Facial loyalty cards cannot be applied toward service packages.
Loyalty cards must be presented at the time of service to receive a punch. Punches cannot be added retroactively if the card is not presented during the appointment.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By booking services or purchasing products from Ashley Lynn Esthetics, clients agree to abide by all policies listed above.
Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed in violation of these policies will be considered a breach of the service agreement and may result in collection action and restriction from future booking.
Agreement to Policies
By scheduling an appointment or purchasing products or services from Ashley Lynn Esthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these policies.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies allow us to maintain an efficient schedule and continue providing the highest level of personalized skincare services to our clients.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary from person to person. While treatments and professional skincare recommendations are designed to improve the overall health and appearance of the skin, no specific results can be guaranteed.
Treatment success is influenced by many factors including skin type, lifestyle, underlying conditions, and adherence to recommended home care protocols.
By receiving services at Ashley Lynn Esthetics, clients acknowledge that they understand results may vary and that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Home Care Compliance
Successful treatment outcomes depend heavily on a client’s commitment to following the recommended home care routine and professional treatment plan.
Clients agree to follow the skincare protocol and product recommendations provided by their esthetician. Failure to follow the recommended home care routine, lifestyle adjustments, or treatment schedule may significantly impact treatment results.
Ashley Lynn Esthetics cannot guarantee treatment outcomes when professional recommendations are not followed consistently.
